‘House Feurstein’ is a semi-detached house in the midst of the Bregenz forest landscape. Building is cladded in vertical strips of knotty spruce wood.
‘CUBE COURT HOUSE’ faces us with two contrasting sides: an intimate, introverted, closed house with courtyard and an outward looking, open glasshouse above.
‘House in Sakurashinmachi’ is a renovated housing project for two family generations. Existing structure is reinforced against earthquakes and extended.
‘House in Nada’ is located in a residential area in the heart of the city of Kobe. Building uses it small plot to its maximum by stacking rooms vertically.
‘Villa Kallioniemi’ is a cottage on the island of Lepäinen in Finland. The architecture is consciously simple, referring to the Finnish building tradition.
The general concept of ‘house DZ’ is responsive to the narrow plot and dense program as required by the clients (family home and a physiotherapy practice).
‘Freudenau Mill’ is located on the former industrial area in Wil, Switzerland. Newly built volume merges with location and at the same time reinforces it.
‘Clementine’ is a hair salon located in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. In this newly renovated space, salon functions are flowing through one continuous volume.
‘Tama N’ is a renovation project of a a 25-year-old apartment. Single wooden wall is inserted into the unit that transforms conventional living quarters into an elegant space.
‘House in Lisbon’ is a house designed with two completely facades to meet the needs for privacy and openness, while interpreting recurring Lisbon traditions.
‘Absalon’ is a raw concrete residence located in the city of Trier, Germany. Its geometric proportions are entirely determined by the golden ratio elements.
‘KAWATE’ is a house located in the city of Gifu. Cantilevered out over the lawn, half of the building is stepped up 1.4m, creating a sheltered alcove beneath.
‘YURAS’ is an office project with a diagonally positioned new room spaces across the existing floor area that usefully divides it into work and common spaces.
‘BASE’ is a three-storey building located in Setagaya Ward in Tokyo. It consists of a small office on the first floor and living areas on 2nd and 3rd floor.
